The Protection seminar is a prerequisite for this seminar.

Seminar covers planning for intellectual capital growth, harnessing momentum in projects and project management and management of serendipitous developments, Patent and Trade mark portfolio planning, maintaining balance leading to Fruition seminar.

Contrasts independent and dependent growth strategies through alliances. Growth seminar particularly deals with the types of relationships that arise through an intellectual capital Protection.Growth.Fruition® strategy and deals with anticipating the evolution and outcome of strategic alliances. Covers international expansion joint ventures, vertical partnerships, cross industry agreements, shared supply alliances, quasi concentrational alliances and complementary alliances.

3. FRUITION.

The Growth seminar is a prerequisite for the Fruition seminar.

This seminar deals principally with a number of case studies from the files of Intellepro®.

4. PROTECTION.GROWTH.FRUITION®

This seminar involves a series of practical team games where teams of Seminar Registrants participate in a competitive exercise to establish a success based Protection.Growth.Fruition® relationship for a real invention. This seminar results in practical application of the techniques explored in the earlier seminars.
